Did you know talking on a mobile phone is like holding a microwave oven up to your head? Is that a big deal? Most scientists aren't sure, but we found credible concerns in the research data.
"Smartphones may be leaking more radiation than we think," according to a recent (2019) Chicago Tribune investigation that found iPhone and Galaxy models exceed FCC safety limits by up to four (4) times higher than the FCC safety limit!

A scientific study entitled, "Cellular telephones and effects on the brain: the head as an antenna and brain tissue as a radio receiver," reports “the human head can serve as a lossy [energy-dissipating] resonator for the electromagnetic radiation emitted by the cellular telephone, absorbing much of the energy specifically from these [same] wavelengths.” The smaller the head, the bigger the risk, which is why researchers who've studied cell phones advise that children should not use them. (R1,R2,R3)
Despite many years of research, there's still no conclusive proof cell phone radiation causes adverse health effects. The studies (some of which are funded by the wireless industry) have produced contradictory findings. But the ubiquitous phone has NOT been proven fully safe, either. Scientists and consumers are showing increasing concern, especially with 5G rolling out across the globe.
Free "radical" molecules cause oxidative destruction, and cell phone radiation is shown to change the levels of dozens of proteins in cells, some of which affect energy production and others affect the blood-brain barrier. (R8,R9)
Scientifc data shows using cell phones significantly boosts alpha-wave activity. Alpha-waves are generally regarded as an indicator of reduced mental effort, "cortical idling" or mind wandering. Alpha-waves are also the key brain-wave signatures of sleep.(R4)
If cell phone signals boost alpha-wave activity, does it effect how the mind works? and can it be observed in a person's behavior? Researchers at the Loughborough University Sleep Research Centre in England devised an experiment to test these questions. The result was surprising. Not only could the cell phone signals alter a person's behavior during the call, the effects of the disrupted brain-wave patterns continued long after the phone was switched off.
"This was a completely unexpected finding," according to one of the scientists, but it quickly became obvious when some of the test subjects had difficulty falling asleep. Although the test subjects had been sleep-deprived the night before, they could not fall asleep for nearly one hour after the phone had been operating without their knowledge.
"The significance of the research," the researcher explained, is that although the cell phone power is low, "electromagnetic radiation can nevertheless have an effect on mental behavior when transmitting at the proper frequency... One only wonders if with different doses, durations, or other devices, would there be greater effects?"(R5,R6)
Hospitals and airplanes ban the use of cell phones, because their electromagnetic transmissions interfere with sensitive electrical devices. What about our brains? Can electromagnetic radiation emitted by cell phones affect certain brainwaves operating in resonance with cell phone transmission frequencies? After all, your cerebral cortex is just centimeters away from radiation broadcast from the phone's antenna.
A researcher suggested: "The human brain is sensitive to the electromagnetic radiation emitted by cell phones, but for the brain to be impacted the cell phone has to be close to the antenna. So keep your brain away from the antenna."
So if you're concerned, "keep your brain away from the antenna."
This is easy to forget. Use the speakerphone feature.
How much time you use your phone, contributes the most to how much radiation you're exposed to. When appropriate, send a text instead.
It seems counterintuitive, but the harder your phone works to get a signal, the more radiation it creates. So, it's best to chat when you have a strong signal.
This is easy to understand. More features require more energy, which means more radiation. Close all the apps you aren't using. Also, turn on the privacy settings for each app so they actually close when not in use. While you're at it, delete the apps you no longer use.
Not surprisingly, cell phone radiation generates "free radical" molecules. (R7) These "radical" molecules cause oxidative destruction which damages DNA. Prolonged exposure can deplete your natural antioxidant enzymes, most importantly, superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase. Even more importantly, cell phone radiation changes the levels of dozens of proteins in cells, some of which affect energy production and others affect the blood-brain barrier. (R8,R9)
The good news is Flavay® preserves antioxidant enzymes activity in brain tissue. Flavay® protects against the very same type of oxidative stress induced by mobile phones. (147) Most importantly, Flavay® is shown to strengthen the very same antioxidant enzymes which cell phone radiation depletes: catalase, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GPx). (323) (33,63,64,71,361,371)
Research shows that Flavay® normalizes 13 different brain proteins back to youthful levels. (385) Undesirable proteins that impede the brain’s ability to make new cells are reduced. (385) A protein that makes a type of scar tissue in the brain is also reduced, potentially helping the brain recover from injuries like stroke. (385,R12,R13) 52,53 The same protein also shows up in certain types of brain tumors and in Alzheimer’s disease. (R24,R15) Flavay® reduces these undesirable proteins, while at the same time increasing other proteins that are lost with age. (385)

Bad News: Cell phone radiation depletes antioxidant enzymes including catalase, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GPx). (323,R11)
Good News: Flavay® preserves antioxidant enzymes including catalase, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GPx), and more...
Human clinical studies show taking Flavay® as much as doubles plasma levels and activities of vitamins C and E and A, and catalase, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GPx). (33,63,64,71,361,371)
Antioxidants work as a network (not independently) inside the cells and human clinical studies show taking Flavay® significantly increases intracellular serum total antioxidant activity. (10,33,370)
Numerous studies show the antioxidant properties of Flavay® provide broad-spectrum protection against premature aging, disease, and decay. In fact, taking Flavay® is shown to double plasma levels and activities of vitamins C and E and A, and catalase, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GPx). These attributes have led many scientists to suggest that the active ingredient in Flavay® is an essential nutrient for maintaining optimal brain health and function. (33,63,64,71,361,371)
I've got to have my Flavay. Keeps me going. Keeps me young. 4 Flavay every day.
—Mr. C.S.*
I’ve noticed I’m more mentally alert and more productive since taking Flavay.
—Ms. S.V.*
Flavay is terrific. I've had concentration problems, well, for 60 years, all my life. I couldn't have direct eye contact with people when talking with them because I couldn't concentrate. I told jokes but couldn't make people laugh because I couldn't keep my concentration. Now I can look people in the eye. Now I can make people laugh! I don't know how it works but it works and it is terrific. —Mr. Wayne M.*
My 13-year-old son started taking Flavay for ADD. He came home from school saying, ‘Mom! I felt so smart! I answered all of the questions!’ The teacher backed him up, saying he got every answer correct. So I will keep giving him Flavay. —Ms. Tammy A.*
Flavay works well with my son (6 years-old, with Autism). He's doing work at the proper level, anger issues are gone. —Ms. O.F.*
Thank you so much for all your help. Thank you for also improving my son's lifestyle (taking Flavay). —Ms. R.D.*
I've got to have my Flavay. Keeps me going. Keeps me young. 4 Flavay every day. —Mr. C.S.*
My grandson asked to start taking Flavay again. He is 14 years old and has ADD and anxiety and pain going down his arms and so Flavay must have been helping him because he is asking for it. (Follow-up:) Flavay is working! My grandson is doing so much better in school. No more bad text messages from his teacher. I am so grateful. I'm so happy. —Ms. M.P.*
I’ve noticed I’m more mentally alert and more productive since taking Flavay. —Ms. S.V.*
I have found Flavay to be a wonderful product. I buy it for my mum's eyes, but we also notice it improves her cognitive function. —Ms. N.S.*
